Sales agreement
The terms and conditions under which RXII Ltd. ("RXII", "we", "us", "our") sells products to customers and wholesale clients via round12.co.
01Use of products
Our products are designed for combat sports and training purposes only. By purchasing and using them, you acknowledge that boxing and combat sports involve inherent physical risks. RXII is not responsible for injuries, damages or losses resulting from improper use, misuse, or failure to use appropriate training techniques or protective equipment.
02Return eligibility
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery for gloves that are unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags intact. Gloves that show signs of use, training, odour, sweat, damage or wear are not eligible. We may ask for photos before approving a request. Final-sale and customised items cannot be returned or exchanged.
03Exchanges & non-refundable items
We do not offer refunds for sizing issues, preference-related reasons, change of mind, or dislike of the fit or feel. We are happy to exchange unused gloves. Customers are responsible for all exchange shipping costs, typically between £5 and £15 depending on location. To request an exchange, contact us on WhatsApp at +44 7346 009799 with your order number, the requested exchange and clear photos of the gloves.
04Faulty or incorrect items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 72 hours of delivery. If confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or refund and cover the related shipping costs.
05Warranty
Our products include a 3-month limited warranty covering manufacturing defects only. It does not cover normal wear and tear, damage caused by misuse, improper storage or care, excessive bag work or training damage, or cosmetic wear from normal use.
06Shipping & delivery
Estimated delivery times are for guidance only and are not guaranteed. RXII is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, weather or circumstances outside our control. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
07International orders
For international orders, customers may be responsible for any local customs duties, taxes or import fees required by their country.
08Right to refuse service
We reserve the right to refuse returns, exchanges or orders that do not comply with this policy or that appear fraudulent or abusive.
09Intellectual property
All content, logos, branding, product designs, photos and materials displayed on this website are the property of RXII and may not be copied, reproduced or used without permission.
